异径管工艺流程及尺寸

异径管又叫大小头,分为同心大小头和偏心大小头

一、异径管的性能

1、表示方法是大头直径乘以小头直径,例如"8×6"表示大头直径是8英寸,小头直径是6英寸的大小头。

2、压力壁厚为Sch5s、Sch10s、Sch10、Sch20、Sch30、Sch40s、STD、Sch40、Sch60、Sch80s、XS;Sch80、Sch100、Sch120、Sch140、Sch160、XXS

3、材质分为碳钢 ,合金钢 ,不锈钢

a、碳钢:10#、20#、A3、Q235A、20G、16Mn、ASTM A234、ASTM A105等

b、不锈钢:ASTM A403、1Cr18Ni9Ti、0Cr18Ni9、00Cr19Ni10、、00Cr17Ni14Mo2、304、304L、316、316L等

c、合金钢:16MnR、Cr5Mo、12Cr1MoV、10CrMo910、15CrMo、12Cr2Mo1、A335P22、St45.8/Ⅲ、A10bB

4、执行标准: 国标、美标(ANIS)、日标(JIS)、英标(BS)、德标(DIN)、意标(UNI)等

5、产品用途: 石油气管道工程,天然气管道工程,化工厂,电厂,造船厂,制药,乳品,啤酒,饮料,水利等
